nfssvc[solaris] hack to avoid crossing user/kernel boundary.
When used by nfsd, the process goes into kernel mode and stays there
running the rpc handler within the kernel. When used by nfsiod, the
process similarly goes into kernel mode and performs read-ahead /
write-behind for NFS I/O operations.
UDP and TCP as NFS transports. Fragmentation issues.
Idempotency and retransmits. The RPC requests RENAME, REMOVE, MKDIR,
and RMDIR. Caching recent requests.
hard, soft, intr mounts. mapping root or all users to "nobody".
